Brendan Brown

Co-Founder

Brendan Brown is a co-founder of Brown Brothers Media. He brought The Expert Editor and Global English Editing into the company at founding.

Brendan completed a Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University and worked as a writer before moving into the editing industry. He founded The Expert Editor in 2012, building it into a professional editing service used by academics, authors, and businesses across Australia and beyond. He later founded Global English Editing, which has served international clients across academic editing, manuscript editing, and ESL editing for writers and researchers whose first language is not English.

At Brown Brothers Media, Brendan oversees both editing companies, which continue to operate as established editing brands within the network. He is involved in the company’s broader editorial direction alongside his brothers.

Brendan lives in Thailand.
