Brown Brothers Media

Terra Daily has joined the Brown Brothers Media network, expanding the family of specialist science titles anchored by Space Daily, which joined us earlier this year.

Terra Daily treats planet Earth as a news beat. Its coverage spans natural hazards, water systems, ecosystems, and the climate impacts reshaping how and where people live. Where much environmental coverage is either advocacy or despair, Terra Daily’s register is the news desk: what happened, what the science says, and what it means for the systems we all depend on.

The publication comes from the same newsroom family as Space Daily and shares its long-view sensibility — the story of Earth’s systems is told in decades, not news cycles. Under the house, Terra Daily runs with its own editorial team and daily desk, and has added a long reads section for reporting that needs more room than the day’s news allows.

It is a pattern we will keep repeating: find a masthead with real history and a beat that matters, keep what earned readers’ trust, and invest in the editorial team behind it. Terra Daily’s full profile is on our publications page.

VegOut has published the second issue of its long-form magazine: Longevity, Legacy & the Things That Last.

The issue series is VegOut’s slowest, most considered work — a collection of essays and features built around a single theme, published alongside the daily magazine. Where Issue 01, Curiosity, Compassion & the Future of Living, mapped the territory of conscious living, Issue 02 turns to time: how the ways we eat and live compound over decades, and what is actually worth keeping.

The long-form issues reflect a conviction that runs through the whole publication. VegOut’s daily desk covers food culture, sustainability, and conscious living as news; the issues step back and ask what it all adds up to. Both are produced by the same editorial team, under the same standards, and both are free to read.

Issue 02 is available now at vegoutmag.com, alongside the full issue archive.

VegOut is now on video. This month the magazine of conscious living launched its YouTube channel — a new home for the stories that work better shown than written.

The channel’s territory is the same as the magazine’s: what we eat, the industries behind it, and the cultural conversations around eating. The early slate leans into food-systems video essays — investigations into how food is made, marketed, and understood — produced by VegOut’s editorial team to the same standards as the written magazine: claims sourced, framing honest, no outrage bait.

Video is a deliberate investment for us. VegOut has spent nearly a decade building one of the most widely read plant-based publications online, and its readers increasingly split their attention between the page and the screen. Rather than repackaging articles, the channel is commissioned as its own editorial product, with formats built for the medium.

You can subscribe at youtube.com/@vegoutmag, and read the magazine as always at vegoutmag.com.
